REFUND POLICY:
*NO refunds will be permitted simply because an entrant fails to participate.
*NO refunds will be given due to cancellation because of inclement weather.
Insufficient entries may be cancelled w/fees refunded. If a rating event is cancelled the player will be placed in the next higher rated event.
CHECK IN:
Check in at tournament site approximately one hour before the start of your first event on Saturday, March 6th, 2010.
RULES: All USATT rules and regulations will be followed. Player rating will be based on the official list sent by the USATT approximately 1 week before the tournament. You may check your current rating at www.usatt.org The tournament committee will seed un-rated players. You must be a member of the USATT to participate in events other than Open Doubles and Ping-Pong Singles (see registration form for membership information). Participants may enter 3 separate events.
CLOTHING: All USATT regulations will apply; specifically you must not wear a shirt that is predominately ball colored, in this case orange, nor should sleeveless shirts or un-hemmed jean shorts be worn.
FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT: Wooden gymnasium floor. There are 14 tables: (4) Killerspin RAD (blue), (9) Stiga Prestige (blue), (1) Stiga Expert (green),
all with blue Yasaka nets. Balls are orange Butterfly 40 mm. Table tennis balls provided by: www.butterflyonline.com Blue barriers.

USATT OFFICIALS: The USATT Tournament Director is Bill Lewis. Todd Dudenhoeffer is USATT Assistant Director. The USATT Certified Referee is Bill Lewis. The Tournament Director reserves the right to modify the format due to time constraints and/ or unpredictable circumstances.
LEWIS'S BIO: Mr. Lewis has participated in major USATT sanctioned tournaments. He has organized 18 USATT sanctioned tournaments for the Ozarks Table Tennis Club. As head of the Springfield club, he actively recruits local, regional and nationally rated players for table tennis events.

Table Tennis Events
Open Round Robin. Five players per round robin in five groups. Top two in each RR advance to SE. Four-match minimum, eight-match maximum. Format: Round Robin followed by Single Elimination. Limit: 25
Open Singles Format: Knockout - Single Elimination. Limit: 20
Under 2100 Format: Knockout - Single Elimination. Limit: 20
Under 1900 Format: Five players per round robin to single elimination. Top RR player advances to single elimination. Limit: 15
Under 1700 Format: Five players per round robin to single elimination. Top RR player advances to single elimination. Limit: 15
Under 1500 Format: Five players per round robin to single elimination. Top RR player advances to single elimination. Limit: 15
Open Doubles First round winners advance to single elimination championship bracket. First round losers advance to consolation bracket. Format: Modified double elimination. Limit: 10 teams
Ping-Pong Singles Event is for those not interested in playing in a sanctioned event. You do not have to be a member of the USATT. First round winners advance to single elimination championship bracket. First round losers advance to consolation bracket. Format: Modified double elimination. Limit: 15
Participants may enter a maximum of 3 events. Tournament committee reserves the right to modify the format due to unpredictable and/or unforeseen circumstances.
